Roofing enquiries#
Use the quote form. It asks for the service, your suburb and postcode, the roof material and height, what you have noticed and your timing, so the contractor has what they need to respond usefully. “Not sure” is a fine answer to any question about the roof.

Use this form to report something wrong or out of date in a guide (include the page address), to make a privacy request (to see, correct or delete information we hold about you), or for anything else that isn’t a roofing job. Our editorial policy explains how we check corrections, and the privacy notice explains how we handle your details.
Storm damage and emergencies#
For an urgent leak, choose “Urgent: active leak or damage” in the quote form.
If storm damage has left your home unsafe and you cannot make it safe yourself, call the SES on 132 500. If anyone is in danger, call 000. Stay out of rooms where the ceiling is sagging or wet near light fittings, and switch off power at the switchboard only if it is safe to do so.
